International Bathroom Exhibition
Started in 2003 as a precursor to the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the International Bathroom Exhibition became an event in its own right in 2006. This trade fair reflects the latest developments in domestic aesthetics and know-how in the bathroom and separates it from its previous role as an exclusively functional space in a room. It characterizes the bathroom as a space capable of taking on different functions, showcasing its best in furniture and accessories, shower cabins, sauna installations, porcelain lighting, radiators, wall and floor tiles, taps, bathtubs and whirlpools. Well-being and design are increasingly intertwined in combination with energy saving as there has been a strong and widespread demand for green products, even in the bathroom sector, where new solutions and products are rapidly developing with the aim of maximizing the consumption of water and electricity.
